Slint is a toolkit to efficiently develop fluid graphical user interfaces for any display: embedded devices and desktop applications. Slint supports multiple programming languages, such as Rust, C++, and JavaScript.
SixtyFPS GmbH is the company behind Slint that provides the toolkit under a dual-licensing scheme: via Open Source on GitHub or via a commercial license for proprietary applications.

Software Engineer
We're looking for a passionate engineer to work in our team, developing Slint.
- Location: SixtyFPS GmbH is a remote company. We're primarily located in Berlin, Germany. We accept applications from anywhere in the European Union.

Responsibilities: Development and maintenance of the UI toolkit.
- Implement new features and fix bugs.
- Participate in the API design process and product architecture.
- Write documentation for new and existing features.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Salary: 40 000€ to 70 000€ yearly, depending on your experience.
Skills
- You have experience with a system programming language such as C++ or Rust. Basic knowledge of Rust is required.
- You're self-motivated and can manage your own time.
- You're familiar with the Open Source model where all commits end up in a public repository, and you're comfortable interacting directly with users on a public bug tracker.
- You can communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.
- You have a keen interest in many areas of Software development.
- Any experience with low level graphics is a big plus.
- Any experience with embedded systems or micro-controllers is a big plus.
